    HOW DO I GET MY FILES ?

    If you choose to purchase the source files, we will email them after you approve your drawing. If you want the source files at a later date, just email our team, and we will send an invoice for them for you to pay and then send them to you via email.

    WILL YOU DO FULL BODY CHARMS?

    While it is possible, We only recommend Face charms. If you really want fully body, you will be able to request full body during the approval process. (if you opt for revisions)

    CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE ON ONE CHARM?

    Unfortunately no, we limit 1 subject per charm, otherwise the charm becomes to big and will not shake inside the case correctly.
