        The most adorable case I own! Great quality and impressed with how quick something custom comes quickly. Customer service was awesome in answering all of my annoying questions.         I love the charms! I added a few tiny rhinestones (like the kind you do nail art with) to give it some extra color + had to get a popsocket on there too! The actual clear case itself isn’t my favorite — it seems like it needs to be a smidge deeper to let the charms move around better, but overall I love it!

        Each Photo comes as a set of charms, you can choose the size of the charm. You will get to review the exact combination and mix of charms before Manufacturing the case.

        *IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

        Liquid Cases have Charms LOCKED inside and can not be changed or replaced once case is made. It is important you request revisions during approval process to get exactly what you want.

        AiR Cases, you will be able to change charms yourself anytime.

        *You can add "Extra Charms" inside your case, even after you placed the order, BUT only up to when you approve the final mockup for manufacturing.

        *Approval email is sent 1-3 days after order is placed, which is when revisions can be requested.

        Our team of artists work as fast as they can, we aim to get your charms ready for preview (optional) in 1-3 days. Expected Delivery is 7-14 days after your order.

        The higher quality the better. You will want your charms to be good looking, so best to provide us high quality images.

        HOW DO I GET MY FILES ?

        If you choose to purchase the source files, we will email them after you approve your drawing. If you want the source files at a later date, just email our team, and we will send an invoice for them for you to pay and then send them to you via email.

        WILL YOU DO FULL BODY CHARMS?

        While it is possible, We only recommend Face charms. If you really want fully body, you will be able to request full body during the approval process. (if you opt for revisions)

        Yes, when you add the optional Magsafe compatibility ring

        CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE ON ONE CHARM?

        Unfortunately no, we limit 1 subject per charm, otherwise the charm becomes to big and will not shake inside the case correctly.

        WILL LIQUID CASES FREEZE/LEAK?

        No , it is not water inside. It can handle negative temps. The charms will move slower when liquid is cold. The liquid and charms are LOCKED Inside with a "Plastic Welding Process" ensuring zero chance of leaking.
