If you choose to purchase the source files, we will email them after you approve your drawing. If you want the source files at a later date, just email our team, and we will send an invoice for them for you to pay and then send them to you via email.

While it is possible, We only recommend Face charms. If you really want fully body, you will be able to request full body during the approval process. (if you opt for revisions)
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE ON ONE CHARM?

Unfortunately no, we limit 1 subject per charm, otherwise the charm becomes to big and will not shake inside the case correctly.
DOES MAGSAFE CHARGING WORK?
DOES MAGSAFE CHARGING WORK?
Yes and No. SOME chargers there is no issue, and wireless charging STILL WORKS WITHOUT TAKING CASE OFF. But some chargers it doesnt work. We can not guarantee it will work with your charger. There is a thin 2mm Space where the charm float inside, this prevents wireless charging from working correctly everytime.
