Unfortunately, I didn't like the product at all. I waited a long time, only for the item to arrive looking nothing like I expected; the uploaded photos and videos were deceptive marketing. I thought the images would actually be on the case itself. Anyway, I do not recommend that anyone else order this.
I absolutely love it!!! I bought a water case with cartoon photos of my daughter in it and some charms and I got two back inserts. Everyone in my family that sees it loves is too. There was great communication about the process of making it and how long it would take to ship to me. Ten out of ten would recommend!!

Purchased for my daughter. She loves it!! THe only uhoh we have is the case needs to be more sealed. The litttle pictures slide out and fall to the sides or completely out of the case.
